VSPM Academy of Higher Education (Formerly known as Vidya Shikshan Prasarak Mandal), the parent trust has made this objective its mission.

Since it’s very inception in 1971 it has untiringly toiled amongst the most backward regions and the least privileged to provide them the opportunity to become self-reliant. Formed by Padmashri Kamaltai Hospet with the sole intention of providing education to the downtrodden in those days. After her death the reigns were passed on to Shri.Ranjeet Deshmukh, the present Chairman leading this trust. Mr.Ranjeet Deshmukh a mechanical engineer by profession was the Ex.Minister in the Maharashtra Government. In his guidance the VSPM-AHE has achieved great milestones without comprising on its values.

Its focus has been extremely clear. It has emphasized on education, social upliftment and the removal of social ills.Started in the year 1990 with an intake capacity of 100 UG students.
