About College:

The main objective of Ashwini Rural Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre is to promote the best in medical education & to produce doctors with global standards while providing affordable health care to the needy people of the society on non-profit basis with state-of-the-art facilities and modern medical equipment.

They are starting our Medical College in the year 2012-2013 with an intake of 100 students with the kind permission yet to be given by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India as per the recommendations of the Medical Council of India. The College and the Hospital are situated in a sprawling campus and has a total built-up area of 86976.86 sq.mt comprising of 15 buildings. The entire necessary infrastructure is composed of fully-equipped laboratories, lecture halls attached with a 300 bed Teaching Hospital as per MCI norms. Our teaching staff consists of many renowned professionals from Maharashtra and other neighboring states. 

One each for boy & girl students, hostel rooms are fully furnished with attached toilet and bath facility. Two students are accommodated in each room. There are common facilities like mess, kitchen, dining hall, spacious halls for recreation, reading purposes and for visitors. A solar energy powered water supply source is available at the hostel.

Committed towards betterment of healthcare facilities in Solapur region and vicinity, ARMCH has highly advanced 300 bedded hospital and progressive research centre, with a future expansion plan of covering 800 beds.

The hospital has a multidisciplinary OPD and IPD with speciality services. It also has well equipped and modern critical care provisions like ICU, NICU and PICU. It has scientifically updated Operation Theatre along with all the diagnostic facilities like CT scan, X-ray, Endoscopy, etc. It has a 24 hours functional blood bank and pharmacy.

The Departments that have been covered within the Hospital include Medicine, Surgery, Gynacology & Obstetric, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, TB & Chest, Radiology Skin VD, ENT, Anaesthesia, Dentistry.
